Misha A. Maynard is a transformational leader, pastor, and executive whose energy, expertise, and compassion have left a lasting impact on global nonprofit and faith-based communities. She has turned personal loss, including the passing of her mother and two sons, into purpose, mentoring hundreds, creating safe spaces, and developing programs that help individuals heal and grow.
As CEO of Pivotal Client Services, Ms. Maynard partners with healthcare systems, higher education institutions, and national organizations including Nashville General Hospital, UNC Charlotte, the Church of God in Christ, the National Baptist Convention, Malcolm X College, and North Carolina Central University, to stabilize operations, develop leaders, and drive sustainable growth. Her earlier experience as Regional General Manager for McDonald’s Corporation brings strategic rigor and operational excellence to every engagement.
Ms. Maynard is recognized for bridging public and private partnerships to create equitable opportunities for others. She's help raise $250,000 for the Tennessee Higher Education Initiative and the Urban League of Middle Tennessee, raised $20,000 for the Purpose Over Pain Campaign (an endowed scholarship she founded), and raised $10,000 for The Hope Station. Recognized as a 2026 Women of Influence Honoree by the Nashville Business Journal, Ms. Maynard is also a John C. Maxwell Certified Speaker and Coach and host of the Conversations at 7 a.m. digital broadcast.
